The Complaint Channel is a Famytec Solutions means of facilitating the quick and confidential communication of irregularities that may constitute non-compliance with regulations. Communications may be submitted anonymously.
Famytec Solutions makes this Channel available as part of the internal information system “VIEW INTERNAL INFORMATION SYSTEM POLICY” and is essential for compliance with the “ETHICAL CODE” in general and the internal regulations in particular and, therefore, is an active part of our continuous improvement.
Communications submitted through the channel must deal with acts or conduct, present in the or past, relating to the areas of application of the Code of Ethics, which implies the general regulations.
The channel is available to management, employees, interns, collaborators, suppliers and people who work for or under their supervision, shareholders, former employees (employment relationship terminated), job candidates.
